  • Sold 9/50 Milson Road, Cremorne Point, for $27,500,000, the highest apartment sale to date on the Lower North Shore
  • Transacted the sale of 52 Hampden Road, Armadale, concluding with a private auction, and sold for $26,510,000 setting the price record for the suburb.
  • Sold 29 Callanans Road, Red Hill South to an interstate buyer for $26,000,000, a record-breaking result for the Mornington Peninsula.
  • Sold 21 Coolong Road, Vaucluse for $60,000,000
  • Concluded the sale of 'Little Milton' - 26 Albany Road, Toorak, via an expressions of interest program. The property sold for $28,000,000.


  • Sold The Boyd Penthouse in Sydney for $60,000,000, which was the highest sale of the year and set a new Australian benchmark for an established penthouse.
  • 47 Lansell Road, Toorak was marketed and ultimately transacted for $43,100,000. This result broke the previous record in Toorak for the highest price paid.
  • Michael Gibson also procured the buyer for the second highest price of 2021 at 39 Irving Road Toorak.
  • The existing price for a penthouse was also broken in Toorak at 29 Washington Street in the Jolson-designed development. The property exchanged for $14,500,000.
