Little Milton’s big price - The Australian Financial Review

The following is an excerpt from the Australian Financial Review on November 30, 2022.

On Albany Road the landmark Melbourne property, and somewhat ironically named, "Little Milton" has been purchased by a local family for a price in the $27 million to $29 million guide range, according to listing agent Michael Gibson of Forbes Global Properties.

In another case of a family compound with intergenerational appeal, the five-bedroom 1926 Arts and Crafts style estate set on 2476 square metres features a championship tennis court and garaging for 14 cars. The sellers are Publicity Press’ Ross and Gina Copeland who purchased the property in 2011. Michael Gibson said the sale was down to the properties’ “AAA location” on Toorak’s Albany Road.
