Brighton beauty hits market for $23 million - Australian Financial Review

In Melbourne, the Brighton family home of Adrian Field – who runs consumables procurement and warehousing giant Star Services – has hit the market with a guide between $21 million and $23 million.

The family replaced the site’s previous dwelling and enlisted Melbourne establishment design trifecta Stephen Akehurst, the late Stuart Rattle and gardening supremo Paul Bangay to create “St Ives”, which sits on a substantial 1900 square metre landholding on Brighton’s Golden Mile.

The three-level, five-bedroom Dudley Street home features a pair of studies, library, cinema, cellar, lift, eight-car garage and pool with a cabana.

The property is listed through Forbes Global’s Mike Gibson and Tracey Atkins.
